Cancellation Policy
Deposits- A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, including Full Details, Restoration Details, Ceramic Coatings, and Rust Protection. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Vehicle Condition & Pricing- All online prices are starting prices and based on average vehicle condition. Final pricing may vary due to excessive pet hair, heavy staining, biohazards (mold, bodily fluids, etc.), or excessive dirt and neglect. If additional work is required, you will be notified before service continues. Late Arrivals- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or additional fees. Personal Items- Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. Livingston Auto Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Weather Policy- Certain services may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, Livingston Auto Spa may contact you to reschedule your appointment at no penalty. Satisfaction Policy- Any concerns with your service must be reported within 24 hours of completion. Refunds are not offered once services are completed; however, we are committed to addressing any issues promptly. Right to Refuse Service- Livingston Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles that pose safety, health, or damage risks to our staff or equipment.
